THE NECESSARY FORMS TO OBTAIN A REPLACEMENT ACCESSORY KIT ARE AVAILABLE FROM YOUR ZONE OFFICE. YOUR OPEN ACCOUNT WILL BE BILLED FOR THE COST OF THE REPLACEMENT KIT. A PROPERLY COMPLETED AND DOCUMENTED TRANSPORTATION CLAIM WILL RETURN THE PAYMENT FOR COST OF REPLACEMENT TO YOUR DEALERSHIP.
