The owner letter printed in the original dealer campaign bulletin No. 81-C-15, dated 8/85, included a listing of Pontiac zone office locations and telephone numbers for customer assistance in the scheduling of their vehicle for campaign modification.

Selected zone telephone numbers have since been changed to the new toll-free national "800" owner assistance line. This 81-C-15A supplement reflects the telephone number revision in the Chicago, Denver, Kansas City, Milwaukee, Minneapolis, Newark, and New York areas.
