INTERIM 1983, GENERAL MOTORS OF CANADA WILL OFFER A LEADED FUEL CHEVETTE/ACADIAN EXCLUSIVELY FOR THE CANADIAN MARKET. ALL REGULAR TRIM LEVELS ARE AVAILABLE. THIS PRODUCT SERVICE BULLETIN APPLIES TO ALL CHEVETTE/ACADIAN MODELS, MANUFACTURED WITH THE OPTIONAL 1.6L LEADED FUEL ENGINE. THIS BULLETIN PROVIDES GENERAL INFORMATION, SERVICE PROCEDURES AND SPECIFICATIONS UNIQUE TO THIS LEADED FUEL ENGINE. IT IS INTENDED AS A SUPPLEMENT TO THE INFORMATION AVAILABLE IN THE 1983 CHEVROLET AND PONTIAC SERVICE MANUALS. THE MAJOR CHANGES ARE IN THE EMISSION CONTROL SYSTEM AND VALVE TRAIN.
