Removal Procedure
  1. Raise and support vehicle. Refer to Lifting and Jacking the Vehicle .

    2. Object Number: 873334 Size: SH
  2. Remove the electrical connector (1) from the relay (2).

    3. Object Number: 865435 Size: SH
  3. Remove the relay bolt (1) from the bracket.

    4. Object Number: 865399 Size: SH
  4. Remove the relay (1) from the compressor assembly.

Installation Procedure

    Object Number: 865399 Size: SH
  1. Install the relay (1) to the compressor assembly.

    2. Notice: Refer to Fastener Notice in the Preface section.


    Object Number: 865435 Size: SH
  2. Install the relay nut (1) to the bracket.

    3. Tighten
    Tighten nut to 6 N·m (53 lb in).

  3. Install the electrical connector (1) to the relay (2).
  4. Lower the vehicle.
