1. Remove the propeller shaft. Refer to Propeller Shaft.



2. Remove the propeller shaft front slip yoke oil seal.

Tools Required

1. Use the J 21426 and the J 8092 install the case extension oil seal.
2. Install the propeller shaft. Refer to Propeller Shaft.

Notice: Do not overfill the transmission. Overfilling will result in foaming, loss of fluid, and possible damage to the transmission.

3. Check the automatic transmission fluid level. Refer to Transmission Fluid Check
