Removal Procedure
  1. Remove the I/P carrier. Refer to Instrument Panel Carrier Replacement in Instrument Panel, Gauges and Console.
  2. Place the I/P carrier face down on a clean work surface.

    3. Object Number: 365456 Size: SH
  3. Remove the air distributor duct bolts.
  4. Remove the air distributor from the I/P carrier.

Installation Procedure

    Object Number: 365456 Size: SH
  1. Install the air distributor to the I/P carrier.
  2. Install the air distributor duct bolts.

    3. Tighten
    Tighten the air distributor duct bolts to 2.2 N·m (19 lb in).

  3. Install the I/P carrier. Refer to Instrument Panel Carrier Replacement in Instrument Panel, Gauges and Console.
