Removal Procedure

    Object Number: 208301 Size: SH
  1. Remove the front floor console. Refer to Front Floor Console Replacement in Instrument Panel, Gauges and Console.
  2. Unsnap the range selector lever cable from the transmission control.
  3. Remove the park/neutral position switch. Refer to Park/Neutral Position Switch Replacement .

    4. Object Number: 208310 Size: SH
  4. Remove the transmission control bolts.
  5. Remove the transmission control.

Installation Procedure

    Object Number: 208310 Size: SH
  1. Install the transmission control.
  2. Install the transmission control bolts.

    3. Tighten
    Transmission control bolts to 8 N·m (71 lb in).

  3. Install the park/neutral position switch. Refer to Park/Neutral Position Switch Replacement .

    4. Object Number: 208301 Size: SH
  4. Install the transmission range select lever cable.
  5. Install the front floor console. Refer to Front Floor Console Replacement in Instrument Panel, Gauges and Console.
