Makes 🢒 Pontiac 🢒 1999 🢒 Firefly (Canada) 🢒 Engine 🢒 Engine Mechanical - 1.3L 🢒 Valve Rocker Arm and Shaft Installation
  1. Apply clean engine oil to the following components:
    2. • The rocker-arm shaft
    • The rocker Arms (1, 2)

  2. After applying the engine oil to the rocker-arm shafts and to the rocker arms, do the following.Carefully slide the rocker-arm shaft into the cylinder head with the holes facing up while installing the exhaust rocker-arms and the springs in the correct sequence.

    3. Object Number: 262294 Size: SH
  3. Install the rocker-arm shaft bolts (1).

    4. Tighten
    Tighten the rocker-arm shaft bolts to 11 N·m (97 lb in).

  4. Install the intake rocker arms (1) onto the rocker-arm shaft in the correct sequence.
