  1. In the correct sequence, remove the eight cylinder-head bolts.
  2. Remove the cylinder head from the cylinder block.

    3. Object Number: 177969 Size: SH
  3. Remove the cylinder head gasket (1) from the cylinder block.

    4. Object Number: 483644 Size: SH
  4. Remove the oil check valve (3) from the cylinder block (2).

    5. Object Number: 177971 Size: SH
  5. Remove the cylinder head rubber seal (2) from the cylinder block.
