The radiator hoses and the heater hoses are loose or damaged. | Reseat the hoses. Replace the hoses or the clamps as necessary. |
Leaking coolant pump seal | Replace the coolant pump. |
Leaking coolant pump gasket | Replace the gasket. |
Incorrect cylinder head torque | Tighten the cylinder head bolts to specifications. Refer to Engine Mechanical. Replace the cylinder head gasket if required. |
