Did you perform the Daytime Running Lamps (DRL) Check?

  1. Turn the ignition switch to the ON position.
  2. Using a fused jumper, backprobe the IP cluster assembly connector C3 from cavity 2 to ground.

Does the DRL indicator light?

Go to Step 3

Inspect for an open in the ORN/WHT wire between the instrument panel cluster assembly and the DRL control module.

Is the connection OK?

Replace the DRL control module. Refer to Daytime Running Lights (DRL) Control Module Replacement .

Repair or replace the printed circuit of the instrument panel cluster. Refer to Printed Instrument Cluster Circuit Replacement in Instrument Cluster.
