Disconnect the junction block connector C2.

Does the alarm continue to sound?

Test for a short to voltage in the BLU/BLK wire between Connector C4 cavity 14 of the junction block and the audio alarm module cavity 4.

Did you find a short to voltage?

Replace the ignition key warning switch.

Is the repair complete?

Repair the short to voltage in the BLU/BLK wire between connector C4 cavity 14 of the junction block and cavity 4 of the audio alarm module. Refer to Wiring Repairs in Wiring Systems.

Inspect the audio alarm module for bad connections. If you did not find a condition, replace the audio alarm module. Refer to Audio Alarm Module Replacement .
