If you find it necessary to replace or reprogram an existing PCM in a 2006 G6 with an LZ9 (VIN 1) engine please contact your Techline Customer Support Center for assistance. We have discovered an issue with the current TIS software release. Engineering is scheduled to release approved calibrations in TIS Data version 11.0 on October 31.

Please follow this diagnostic or repair process thoroughly and complete each step. If the condition exhibited is resolved without completing every step, the remaining steps do not need to be performed.
