The following diagnosis might be helpful if the vehicle exhibits the symptom(s) described in this PI.

We have had a number of calls into the Technical Assistance Action Center concerning retractable top operational issues caused by a low battery state of charge. If you are cycling the top, especially cycling the top multiple times, the top could become inoperative due to low system voltage.
