The following diagnosis might be helpful if the vehicle exhibits the symptom(s) described in this PI.
Condition/Concern:
Some customers may report the XM presets may be incorrect or change at times. Furthermore, the concern may not be able to be duplicated and a diagnostic probe with the Tech 2 may find no current and/or history DTCs.
Recommendation/Instructions:
Replace the XM receiver with part number 15838797.
Please follow this diagnostic or repair process thoroughly and complete each step. If the condition exhibited is resolved without completing every step, the remaining steps do not need to be performed.
