Convertible Top is Inoperative with B0367F - keywords B0367 code dekc dowel down hard harness header lid pin pinched receiver retractable RHT S13 sleeve stack switch

The following diagnosis might be helpful if the vehicle exhibits the symptom(s) described in this PI.

There are two condition that have been identified with the Retractable Hard Top (RHT) that may becoming inoperative and setting a B0367F with 58 or 59 symptom codes. This switch is also known as (S13)

Condition #1

There is the possibility for the front header dowel pin on the roof (driver's side) to loose its protective sleeve. This sleeve could fall off of the pin and get lodged into the dowel pin switch. (on the header) If this happens please replace the dowel pin on the front of the roof with a new one.

Note: Changes where made to the protective sleeve to prevent this from reoccurring again.

Condition #2 Switch (S13)

There is a possibility for the wiring harness to become pinched on the right side of the down stack receiver area (misrouted) This harness has a potential to be laying on top of the "Grenade Pin" and becomes pinched when the deck lid latches in the front. If you have this condition please repair the harness (if possible) and reroute it away from the grenade pin with a zip tie.

Please follow this diagnostic or repair process thoroughly and complete each step. If the condition exhibited is resolved without completing every step, the remaining steps do not need to be performed.
