Removal Procedure

    Object Number: 1949747 Size: SH
  1. Remove the radiator air upper baffle and deflector. Refer Radiator Air Upper Baffle and Deflector Replacement.
  2. Remove the positive crankcase ventilation (PCV) hose (2) from the air cleaner inlet duct (4).
  3. Remove the air cleaner inlet duct to throttle body retaining clamp (1).
  4. Remove the air cleaner inlet duct to air cleaner assembly clamp (3).
  5. Remove the air cleaner inlet duct (4) from the vehicle.

Installation Procedure

    Object Number: 1949747 Size: SH
  1. Install the air cleaner inlet duct (4) to the engine.

    2. Caution: Refer to Fastener Caution in the Preface section.

  2. Install the air cleaner inlet duct to air cleaner assembly clamp (3) and tighten to 4 N·m (35 lb in).
  3. Install the air cleaner inlet duct to throttle body retaining clamp (1) and tighten to 4 N·m (35 lb in).
  4. Install the PCV hose (2) to the air cleaner inlet duct (4).
  5. Install the radiator air upper baffle and deflector. Refer Radiator Air Upper Baffle and Deflector Replacement.
