  1. Align the oil pump gerotor with the crankshaft flats and install the oil pump (2).
  2. Align the oil pump (2) body mounting holes.

    3. Caution: Refer to Fastener Caution in the Preface section.

  3. Install the oil pump to cylinder block retaining bolts (1) and tighten to 23 N·m (17 lb ft).
