Makes 馃 Pontiac 馃 2009 馃 G8 馃 Engine 馃 Engine Mechanical - 2.8L, 3.0L, 3.2L, or 3.6L 馃 Oil Pan Assemble

    Object Number: 1960789 Size: SH
  1. Install the oil pan baffle (2).

    2. Caution: Refer to Fastener Caution in the Preface section.

  2. Install the oil pan baffle to oil pan retaining bolts (1) and tighten to 10 N路m (89 lb in).

    3. Object Number: 1960786 Size: SH
  3. Install a NEW oil suction pipe seal (1) onto the oil suction pipe (2).

    4. Object Number: 1960784 Size: SH
  4. Install the oil suction pipe (2).
  5. Install the oil suction pipe to oil pan retaining bolts (1) and tighten to 10 N路m (89 lb in).

    6. Object Number: 1960783 Size: SH
  6. Install the oil pan scraper (2).
  7. Install the oil pan scraper to oil pan retaining bolts (1) and tighten pan scraper bolts to 10 N路m (89 lb in).

    8. Object Number: 1960782 Size: SH
  8. Install the oil pan drain plug (2) and tighten to 20 N路m (15 lb ft).
  9. Install the oil level sensor (3).
  10. Install the oil level sensor to oil pan retaining bolt (1) and tighten to 10 N路m (89 lb in).
