Removal
  1. Remove the instrument panel (I/P) center trim panel. Refer to Instrument Panel Center Trim Panel Replacement.

    2. Object Number: 2094935 Size: SH
  2. Peel and remove the rubber mat (1) from the I/P center trim panel (2).

    3. Discard the rubber mat

  3. Remove the I/P center compartment to I/P center trim panel retaining screws (1).

    4. Object Number: 2090774 Size: SH
  4. Remove the I/P center compartment (1) from the I/P center trim panel (2).

Installation

    Object Number: 2090774 Size: SH
  1. Install the I/P center compartment (1) to the I/P center trim panel (2).

    2. Caution: Refer to Fastener Caution in the Preface section.

  2. Install the I/P center compartment to I/P center trim panel retaining screws (1) and tighten to 2 N·m (18 lb in).

    3. Object Number: 2094935 Size: SH

    Notes: Always use a new rubber mat.

  3. Clean the I/P center trim panel surface with a suitable cleaning solution to remove any remaining adhesive, using a lint free cloth.
  4. Peel the adhesive backing from the new rubber mat.
  5. Install the rubber mat (1) to the I/P center trim panel (2).
  6. Install the I/P center trim panel. Refer to Instrument Panel Center Trim Panel Replacement.
