Removal Procedure

    Object Number: 1937306 Size: SH
  1. Remove the fuel cap (4).
  2. Remove the fuel tank filler door to rear quarter panel retaining TORX screws (1).
  3. Remove the fuel tank filler door (2) from the rear quarter panel (3).

Installation Procedure

    Object Number: 1937306 Size: SH
  1. Position the fuel tank filler door (2) to the rear quarter panel (3).
  2. Install the fuel tank filler door to rear quarter panel retaining TORX screws (1).
  3. Align the fuel tank filler door to achieve an equal gap of 1.5 to 2.5 mm (0.06 to 0.10 in) around the fuel tank filler door (2) to the rear quarter panel (3).

    4. Caution: Refer to Fastener Caution in the Preface section.

  4. Tighten the fuel tank filler door to rear quarter panel retaining TORX screws (1) and tighten to 2 N·m (18 lb in).
  5. Install the fuel cap (4).
