Memory Steer - keywords alignment pull

The following diagnosis might be helpful if the vehicle exhibits the symptom(s) described in this PI.

The vehicle may exhibit an alignment lead or pull that occurs after turning.

The cause of the concern is one or both of the front strut bearing plates not rotating freely. To resolve the concern replace both front strut bearing plates.

Note: Do not replace the strut mount. It is not necessary to replace the strut mount to correct the concern.

Please follow this diagnostic or repair process thoroughly and complete each step. If the condition exhibited is resolved without completing every step, the remaining steps do not need to be performed.
