Removal Procedure

    Object Number: 1310258 Size: SH

    Important: The wheel speed sensor is serviceable only with the wheel hub assembly. Do NOT attempt to service the sensor separately.

  1. Disconnect the electrical connector (1) from the wheel speed sensor (2).
  2. Remove the front wheel hub and bearing assembly. Refer to Front Wheel Bearing and Hub Replacement in Front Suspension.

Installation Procedure

    Object Number: 1310258 Size: SH
  1. Install the front wheel hub and bearing assembly. Refer to Front Wheel Bearing and Hub Replacement in Front Suspension.
  2. Connect the wheel speed sensor electrical connector (1) to the wheel speed sensor (2).
  3. Perform Diagnostic System Check - Vehicle .
