Was the power door locks system check performed?

Perform the body control module (BCM) diagnostic system check.

Are any door lock DTCs present?

--

Go to Body Control Module System Check

Go to Step 3

  1. Disconnect the door lock actuator switch electrical connector from the switch that does not operate.
  2. Connect J 39200 .
  3. Measure the voltage between the connector terminals F (CKT 682) and D (CKT 650).

Is the voltage as specified?

B+

Go to Step 4

Go to Step 5

Replace the door lock switch.

Is the repair complete?

  1. Connect J 39200 .
  2. Measure the voltage at connector F (CKT 682) and ground.

Is the voltage as specified?

B+

Go to Step 6

Go to Step 7

Repair the open in CKT 650 between the door lock switch and ground splice pack G302.

Is the repair complete?

--

Go to Power Door Locks System Check

Repair the open in CKT 682 between the right IP junction block connector C3 terminal B4 and the door lock switch.

Is the repair complete?
