The following notice should be added above CONTENTS on page 2A-1 of the 1988 W Car Service Manuals.

NOTICE: WHENEVER FRAME TO BODY BOLTS ARE LOOSENED OR REMOVED, THEY SHOULD BE REPLACED WITH NEW BOLTS IN ORDER TO ENSURE TIGHTENING TO THE PROPER CLAMP LOAD. TORQUE BOLTS TO 140 N.m. (103 LB. FT.).
