Removal Procedure
  1. Lower the window.
  2. Remove the trim panel. Refer to Rear Side Door Trim Panel Replacement .

    3. Object Number: 315933 Size: MH
  3. Lift the sealing strip (3) off the weld flange.

Installation Procedure

    Object Number: 315933 Size: MH
  1. Install the sealing strip (3) by engaging each end of the sealing strip. Press the sealing strip firmly onto the front and rear ends of the weld flange.

    2. Important: 

       • Ensure the front end of the strip is inserted into the gap formed by the weatherstrip and the door inner panel.
       • Ensure the rear end of the strip is flush to the rear leg of the weatherstrip.
       • Ensure the rear end of the strip does not interfere with the path of the window.

  2. Use hand pressure in order to firmly seat the sealing strip (3) on the weld flange.
  3. Install the trim panel. Refer to Rear Side Door Trim Panel Replacement .
  4. Raise the window.
