Important: The body side door hinge has the following 4 attaching bolts:
• Two 13 mm bolts • A torx bolt
A cone attached to the back side of the hinge may fall off. This cone
may end up in the bottom of the A-pillar. This cone is used for assembly purposes
only. Do not remove the cone in order to adjust or remove the door hinge strap
(body side hinge).
• A 10 bolt
Bolt the hinges to the door and the body. The door side hinges have elongated holes. These holes allow for some up/down and in/out adjustment. The elongated holes on the body side hinges allow for some fore/aft adjustment.
