Removal Procedure

    Object Number: 166673 Size: SH
  1. Remove the headliner. Refer to Headlining Trim Panel Replacement in Interior Trim.

    2. Object Number: 650527 Size: SH
  2. Disconnect the rear sunroof drain hose (1) from the sunroof module spigot.
  3. Remove the rear sunroof drain hose (1) from the C-pillar.
  4. Disconnect the rear sunroof drain hose from the drain tube at the base of the C-pillar.
  5. Remove the rear sunroof drain hose from the vehicle.

Installation Procedure

    Object Number: 166673 Size: SH
  1. Position the sunroof drain hose to the vehicle.
  2. Connect the rear sunroof drain hose to the drain tube at the base of the C-pillar.

    3. Object Number: 650527 Size: SH
  3. Install the rear sunroof drain hose (1) to the C-pillar.
  4. Connect the rear sunroof drain hose to the sunroof module spigot.
  5. Inspect the rear sunroof drain hose for proper routng.
  6. Install the headliner. Refer to Headlining Trim Panel Replacement in Interior Trim.
