Removal Procedure

    Caution: Refer to Battery Disconnect Caution in the Preface section.


    Object Number: 1223317 Size: SH
  1. Disconnect the negative battery cable.
  2. Remove the front bumper fascia. Refer to Front Bumper Fascia Replacement .
  3. Remove the front wiring harness retaining clip from the impact bar.

    4. Object Number: 1223318 Size: SH
  4. Remove the impact bar nuts (1).
  5. Remove the impact bar (2).

Installation Procedure

    Notice: Refer to Fastener Notice in the Preface section.


    Object Number: 1223321 Size: SH
  1. Install the impact bar with the nuts.

    2. Object Number: 1223317 Size: SH
  2. Install the front wiring harness retaining clip to the impact bar.
  3. Install the front bumper fascia. Refer to Front Bumper Fascia Replacement .
  4. Connect the negative battery cable.
