The following diagnosis might be helpful if the vehicle exhibits the symptom(s) described in this PI.

The dome light will not illuminate, or will stay on all the time. This condition can be caused by a wire harness pinch issue on the Left rear quarter (inner) sail panel area. The clips that hold the interior sail panel trim can pinch the wiring harness in-between the sheet metal.

If the harness is pinched, repair the harness as necessary.

Please follow this diagnostic or repair process thoroughly and complete each step. If the condition exhibited is resolved without completing every step, the remaining steps do not need to be performed.
