Body Control Module (BCM)

Battery Voltage Signal: The scan tool displays 0 - 20 volts. The scan tool displays the voltage as received by the body control module (BCM).

Brake Lamp Cmd.: The scan tool displays On and Off. The scan tool displays the status of the brake switch to the BCM.

Shift Lock Solenoid Command: The scan tool displays Unlock and Lock. The scan tool displays the status of the shift lock control to the BCM.

Engine Control Module (ECM)

Ignition 1 Signal: The scan tool displays 0 - 20 volts. The scan tool displays the voltage as received on the ignition 1 circuit to the ECM.

TR Sw.: The scan tool displays Park, Reverse, Neutral, Drive 5, Drive 4, Drive 3, Drive 2 and Drive 1. The scan tool displays the position of the transmission range switch.
