Cruise Control Cable Adjustment LN2

  1. Depress the tabs on the cruise control cable in order to disengage the adjustment lock. Use long nose pliers. The cable will move freely in and out of the adjuster when you disengage the lock.
  2. Hold the TBI at the closed position.
  3. Important: Do not remove the engagement lock from the cable. If the engagement lock separates from the cruise control cable, you must replace the cruise control cable.

  4. Engage the adjustment lock.

  1. Hold the throttle body injection (TBI) at the closed position.
  2. Adjust the thumb screw.
