Removal Procedure
  1. Remove the front fender liner. Refer to Front Fender Liner Replacement in Body Front End.
  2. Remove the fascia extension to fascia screws.
  3. Using a small flat-bladed tool, remove the fascia extension retaining clips.
  4. Remove the fascia extension from the front fascia.

Installation Procedure
  1. Position the fascia extension to the front fascia.
  2. Install the fascia extension retaining clips.

    3. Notice: Use the correct fastener in the correct location. Replacement fasteners must be the correct part number for that application. Fasteners requiring replacement or fasteners requiring the use of thread locking compound or sealant are identified in the service procedure. Do not use paints, lubricants, or corrosion inhibitors on fasteners or fastener joint surfaces unless specified. These coatings affect fastener torque and joint clamping force and may damage the fastener. Use the correct tightening sequence and specifications when installing fasteners in order to avoid damage to parts and systems.

  3. Install the fascia extension to front fascia screws.

    4. Tighten
    Tighten the fascia extension screws to 3 N·m (27 lb in).

  4. Install the front fender liner. Refer to Front Fender Liner Replacement in Body Front End.
