The following diagnosis might be helpful if the vehicle exhibits the symptom(s) described in this PI.
Condition/Concern:
The vehicle may have a concern of any transmission electrical DTC.
Recommendation/Instructions:
Follow published eSI diagnostics. If concern is not resolved then check the transmission wiring harness in the bell housing area under the battery tray. The harness may be rubbed through causing an open or a short to ground.
If concern is not resolved, call TAC and set case.
Please follow this diagnostic or repair process thoroughly and complete each step. If the condition exhibited is resolved without completing every step, the remaining steps do not need to be performed.
