Removal Procedure
  1. Remove the hose clamp and the hose at the radiator overflow fitting.

    2. Object Number: 46139 Size: SH
  2. Remove the mounting nuts to the reservoir.
  3. Remove the coolant reservoir
  4. Clean the coolant reservoir with soap and water. Rinse with clean water.

Installation Procedure
  1. Install the coolant reservoir.

    2. Object Number: 46139 Size: SH
  2. Install the mounting nuts to the reservoir.
  3. Clean the reservoir hose with clean water. Route the hose up to the radiator overflow fitting.
  4. Install the clamp to the reservoir hose.
  5. Install the reservoir hose to the radiator overflow fitting. Butt the end against the radiator filler neck. Seat the clamp.
  6. Ensure that the tabs are down, squarely between the radiator filler neck and the flared end of the fitting. Expose the hose on both sides.
