Condition/Concern:
Some customers may reports they are unable to select the XM (TM) band and/or XM band will not display after a radio replacement.
Recommendation/Instructions:
Contact your local ESC (Electronic Service Center) and request a NEW 2004 or an 2006 model year radio.
Please follow this diagnostic or repair process thoroughly and complete each step. If the condition exhibited is resolved without completing every step, the remaining steps do not need to be performed.
