Condition
Some customers may comment on the Check Engine light being illuminated. Upon investigation, the technician may find DTC P0456 set.
Cause
This condition may be caused by a EVAP canister seam that leaks.
Correction

Diagnose and, if necessary, replace the EVAP canister. | DO NOT replace other EVAP system components. |
If P0456 is the only DTC present, test the EVAP canister for leaks. Refer to Evaporative Emission (EVAP) Control System Diagnosis (SI Document ID 1470358) and perform the EVAP Canister Inspection. Replace the EVAP canister if any of the inspections or tests are fail.
