Removal Procedure

    Object Number: 2016483 Size: SH
  1. Remove the engine cover. Refer to Engine Cover Replacement.
  2. Disconnect the duty vacuum switching valve connector (2), 2 vacuum hoses and wire harness clamp.

    3. Object Number: 2016485 Size: SH
  3. Remove the screw (1) and duty vacuum switching valve.

Installation Procedure

    Caution: Refer to Fastener Caution in the Preface section.


    Object Number: 2016485 Size: SH
  1. Install the duty vacuum switching valve with the screw (1) and tighten to 3.4 N·m (30 lb in).

    2. Object Number: 2016483 Size: SH
  2. Connect the duty vacuum switching valve connector (2), 2 vacuum hoses and wire harness clamp.
  3. Install the engine cover. Refer to Engine Cover Replacement.
