Front Seat Adjuster Track Finish Cover Replacement Inboard

Removal Procedure


    Object Number: 2021022  Size: SH
  1. Remove the front seat. Refer to Front Seat Replacement - Bucket .
  2. Remove the screw (1).
  3. Disengage the claw (2).

  4. Object Number: 2021025  Size: SH
  5. Seperate the guide (1) and remove the inboard finish cover (2).

Installation Procedure


    Object Number: 2021025  Size: SH
  1. Install the inboard finish cover (2) to the front seat inboard adjuster.

  2. Object Number: 2021022  Size: SH
  3. Engage the claw (2).
  4. Install the screw (1).
  5. Install the front seat. Refer to Front Seat Replacement - Bucket .

Front Seat Adjuster Track Finish Cover Replacement Outboard

Removal Procedure


    Object Number: 2021030  Size: SH
  1. Disable the SIR system. Refer to SIR Disabling and Enabling .
  2. Remove the recliner handle (1) from the front seat outboard adjuster by disengaging the retaining tab (2).

  3. Object Number: 2022478  Size: SH
  4. If equipped with seat adjuster knob, remove the following components:
  5. 3.1. Using a flat bladed tool, remove the seat adjuster knob cap.
    3.2. Remove the 2 screws (1) and the knob (2)

    Object Number: 2021035  Size: SH
  6. Remove the screw (2) from the outer track cover (5).
  7. Disengage the claw (2).
  8. Disengage the clip (4).
  9. Disengage the guide (3) and remove the outer track cover (5).

Installation Procedure


    Object Number: 2021035  Size: SH
  1. Engage the guide (3) and install the outer track cover (5).
  2. Engage the clip (4).
  3. Engage the claw (2).
  4. Install the screw (2) to the outer track cover (5).

  5. Object Number: 2022478  Size: SH
  6. If equipped with seat adjuster knob, Install the following components:
  7. 5.1. Install the knob (2), securing with 2 screws (1)
    5.2. Install the seat adjuster knob cap.

    Object Number: 2021030  Size: SH
  8. Install the recliner handle (1) to the front seat outboard adjuster by engaging the retaining tab (2).
  9. Enable the SIR system. Refer to SIR Disabling and Enabling .
