Removal Procedure

    Object Number: 874896 Size: SH
  1. Open the front and rear doors.
  2. Remove the lower striker cover.
  3. Mark the location of the lower striker.
  4. Remove the lower striker bolts.
  5. Remove the lower striker and spacers.

Installation Procedure

    Object Number: 874896 Size: SH
  1. Position the upper striker to the rocker panel. Loosely install the fasteners.
  2. Slide the spacers into position between the striker and the rocker panel.
  3. Align the striker to the position marked during removal.

    4. Notice: Refer to Fastener Notice in the Preface section.

  4. Tighten the lower striker bolts.

    5. Tighten
    Tighten the lower striker bolts to 25 N·m (18 lb ft).

  5. Install the lower striker cover.
  6. Close the front and rear doors.
