The following diagnosis might be helpful if the vehicle exhibits the described symptoms in the PI.
Condition/Concern:
Tick, rattle or pop noise during decel from front of dash. Condition possibly present in vehicles prior to VIN break 4S820565
Recommendation/Instructions:
A/C suction line contacting front of dash during decel causing noise. Isolate the line from the front of dash with a foam sleeve.
