For 1990-2009 cars only
- Place the A/C compressor in position to the cylinder block.
- Loosely install the A/C compressor bolts (1, 3) and nut (2).
- Tighten the A/C compressor front bolt (3).
- Tighten the A/C compressor front nut (2).
- Tighten the A/C compressor rear bolt (1).
Important: Follow the procedure sequence in order to prevent drive belt mis-alignment and/or possible damage/distortion to the components.
Notice: Refer to Fastener Notice in the Preface section.
Tighten
Tighten the A/C compressor front bolt (3) to 50 N·m (37 lb ft).
Tighten
Tighten the A/C compressor front nut (2) to 50 N·m (37 lb ft).
Tighten
Tighten the A/C compressor rear bolt (1) to 50 N·m (37 lb ft).
