The following diagnosis might be helpful if the vehicle exhibits the symptom(s) described in this PI.
Condition/Concern:
Water leak inside vehicle with water found on the front passenger floor board.
Recommendation/Instructions:
During the assembly process some vehicles were built with the evaporator drain installed with drain tube turned upward. Inspect the evaporator drain grommet to see if it is pointed downward. If it is not, turn the grommet downward to allow water drainage.
