Makes 🢒 Buick 🢒 2008 🢒 Allure 🢒 Engine 🢒 Engine Mechanical - 2.8L, 3.0L, 3.2L, or 3.6L 🢒 Intake Manifold Installation

    Object Number: 1876062 Size: SH
  1. Install the NEW lower intake manifold gasket.

    2. Object Number: 1876061 Size: SH
  2. Install the intake manifold assembly.

    3. Object Number: 1876060 Size: SH
  3. Install the intake manifold short bolts.

    4. Notice: Refer to Fastener Notice in the Preface section.


    Object Number: 1876058 Size: SH
  4. Install the intake manifold long bolts.

    5. Tighten
    Tighten the intake manifold bolts to 23 N·m (17 lb ft).

  5. Install and connect the fresh air positive crankcase ventilation (PCV) hose to the left camshaft cover fitting.

    6. Object Number: 1876052 Size: SH
  6. Install the evaporative emissions (EVAP) solenoid.

    7. Object Number: 1876049 Size: SH
  7. Install the EVAP solenoid bolt.

    8. Tighten
    Tighten the EVAP solenoid bolt to 10 N·m (89 lb in).


    Object Number: 1876045 Size: SH
  8. Install and connect the intake manifold-to-solenoid EVAP hose to the intake manifold and to the EVAP solenoid.

    9. Object Number: 1876041 Size: SH
  9. Install the intake manifold-to-solenoid EVAP hose bracket ballstud bolt to the intake manifold.

    10. Tighten
    Tighten the intake manifold-to-solenoid EVAP hose bracket bolt to 10 N·m (89 lb in).

  10. Install and connect the dirty air PCV hose to the intake manifold and to the right camshaft cover fitting.
