Makes 🢒 Buick 🢒 2008 🢒 Allure 🢒 Engine 🢒 Engine Mechanical - 2.8L, 3.0L, 3.2L, or 3.6L 🢒 Engine Coolant Thermostat Housing Installation

    Object Number: 1412155 Size: SH
  1. Install a NEW gasket onto the thermostat housing.

    2. Object Number: 1412152 Size: SH
  2. Install the thermostat housing.

    3. Notice: Refer to Fastener Notice in the Preface section.

  3. Install the thermostat housing bolts.

    4. Tighten
    Tighten the thermostat housing bolts to 10 N·m (89 lb in).

  4. Install a NEW gasket and O-ring onto the heater inlet/outlet pipe assembly.

    5. Object Number: 1412150 Size: SH
  5. Install the heater inlet/outlet pipe assembly.
  6. Install the heater inlet/outlet pipe assembly bolts.

    7. Tighten
    Tighten the heater inlet/outlet pipe assembly bolts to 10 N·m (89 lb in).
