Removal Procedure

    Object Number: 327021 Size: SH
  1. Remove the supercharger drive belt. Refer to Drive Belt Replacement.

    2. Object Number: 327164 Size: SH
  2. Remove the drive belt idler pulley bolt.
  3. Remove the drive belt idler pulley.

    4. Object Number: 327162 Size: SH
  4. Remove the idler pulley bracket bolts.
  5. Remove the idler pulley bracket.

Installation Procedure

    Object Number: 327162 Size: SH
  1. Install the drive belt idler pulley bracket.

    2. Caution: Refer to Fastener Caution in the Preface section.

  2. Install the idler pulley bracket bolts.

    3. Tighten
    Tighten the bolts to 30 N·m (22 lb ft).


    Object Number: 327164 Size: SH
  3. Install the drive belt idler pulley.
  4. Install the drive belt idler pulley bolt.

    5. Tighten
    Tighten the bolt to 50 N·m (37 lb ft).

  5. Install the supercharger drive belt. Refer to Drive Belt Replacement.
