Removal Procedure

    Caution: Refer to Paint Damage Caution in the Preface section.

  1. Apply masking tape to the outer applique and frame.
  2. Remove the rear side door trim panel. Refer to Rear Side Door Trim Panel Replacement.
  3. Remove the rear side door water deflector. Refer to Rear Side Door Water Deflector Replacement.
  4. Remove the energy absorber retainers and energy absorber from the door.
  5. Lower the window.
  6. Remove the rear side door window inner belt sealing strip. Refer to Rear Side Door Window Inner Sealing Strip Replacement.
  7. Remove the rear side door window outer belt molding. Refer to Rear Side Door Window Outer Sealing Strip Replacement.
  8. Remove the rear side door window frame molding. Refer to Rear Side Door Window Weatherstrip Replacement.
  9. Raise the window.
  10. Loosen the rear side door window run channel guide bolts.
  11. Lower the window regulator to the middle position, tape the window in place.

  12. Lower the window far enough in order to gain access through the inner panel
  13. Push inward on the window guide retainer clip locks, lift upward on the window until it released from the retaining clip.
  14. Remove the tape.
  15. Remove the window from the door.

Installation Procedure

    Object Number: 1363625 Size: SH
  1. Position the window in between the inner and the outer panels.
  2. Raise the window regulator to the middle position.
    3. 2.1. Point the lower front corner of the rear side door window down.
    2.2. Align the edges of the window with the rear side door window run channel guide.
    2.3. Install the rear side door window into the window guide retainer.
    2.4. Lock the window into the window regulator clip.
  3. Install the rear side door window run channel guide bolts. Refer to Rear Side Door Window Channel Replacement.
  4. Inspect the window for proper operation.
  5. Install the rear side door window frame molding. Refer to Rear Side Door Window Weatherstrip Replacement.
  6. Install the rear side door window outer belt molding. Refer to Rear Side Door Window Outer Sealing Strip Replacement.
  7. Install the rear side door window inner belt sealing strip. Refer to Rear Side Door Window Inner Sealing Strip Replacement.
  8. Install the energy absorber retainers and energy absorber to the door.
  9. Install the rear side door water deflector. Refer to Rear Side Door Water Deflector Replacement.
  10. Install the rear side door trim panel. Refer to Rear Side Door Trim Panel Replacement.
