Removal Procedure

    Object Number: 182475 Size: SH
  1. Open the hood.
  2. Remove the RH headlamp assembly. Refer to Headlamp Assembly or Headlamp Bulb Replacement.
  3. Disconnect the horn electrical connector.

    4. Object Number: 324755 Size: SH
  4. Remove the horn bracket bolt.
  5. Remove the horn from the frame rail extension.

Installation Procedure

    Object Number: 324755 Size: SH
  1. Position the horn assembly to the frame rail extension. Insert the horn anti-rotation tab into the slot on the frame rail.

    2. Caution: Refer to Fastener Caution in the Preface section.

  2. Install the horn bracket bolt.

    3. Tighten
    Tighten the bolt to 15 N·m (11 lb ft).

  3. Connect the horn electrical connector.
  4. Install the RH headlamp assembly. Refer to Headlamp Assembly or Headlamp Bulb Replacement.
  5. Close the hood.
