REVISED POWER STEERING ADJUSTMENT AND INSTALLATION

MODELS AFFECTED: All Centurys and Skylarks

The following revisions have been made to the rack bearing installation procedure on all Centurys and Skylarks with power steering:

After installing the rack bearing, turn the adjuster plug clockwise until it bottoms, then back off plug 1/8 to 1/4 turn (45 DEG to 90 DEG). The torque on the pinion must be checked and should not exceed 25 in. lbs. 2.8 N.m).
