SEALER HOT MELT PATCH SEALS BODY CRACKS OR JOINTS

A hot melt patch has been made available through GM Parts ( Part Number 993369). This material is the same as that contained in the X-Car floor pan repair kit and can be used in various application, e.g. to seal body cracks and joints from water or dust.

The following instuctions are included with the hot melt patch:

1. Thoroughly clean surface to be patched.

2. Apply patch material and heat until it flows into required area.

The hot melt patch should be heated with a hot air gun.
